Requirements

• Previous experience in consulting, strategy, growth, operations, or an early-stage startup
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working independently and moving quickly
• Able to take an ambiguous problem and turn it into an actionable plan

Preferred

• Experience in beauty, consumer, retail, e-commerce, or wellness is a plus
