Job Description
Responsibilities
- Own the executive audience rhythm of business, including planning cadences, business reviews, and governance frameworks, in partnership with central teams where relevant
- Define and maintain governance model standards for executive audience planning and priorities
- Lead goal development and target-setting for executive audience in alignment with central planning cycles and broader marketing objectives
- Support business operations and planning
- Drive automation of planning and business review processes to improve efficiency and consistency
- Partner with central teams to adapt their planning frameworks to executive audience requirements, feed executive audience needs into their processes, and build net-new approaches where central coverage does not exist
- Enable planning approaches at scale through automation, best practices, templates, and shared resources
- Drive consistent executive audience planning inputs and standards across Marketing, coordinating cross Marketing to maintain alignment
- Surface risks, opportunities, and performance insights to leadership through regular reporting cadences
Requirements
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience building and managing marketing planning processes, rhythms of business, or governance frameworks
- Experience with goal development, target-setting, and performance measurement in a marketing environment
- Experience driving operational improvements and automation of business processes
Preferred
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
- Experience managing marketing budgets or supporting financial planning processes
- Experience building operational frameworks from scratch in a fast-paced or matrix environment
- Experience with Excel or business visualization tools (data manipulation, charts, and pivot tables)
- Experience enabling teams at scale through templates, playbooks, or shared resources
- Experience leveraging AI tools and automation to improve marketing planning workflows
