Job Summary

Own multi-channel corporate communications with a clear line to business goals, supporting change management and executive outreach across a 650+ center network.

Growth / Internal Communications: Build and run multi-channel campaigns and intranet content with senior leadership cross-pollination.
Brand & Crises: Align messaging and brand voice, support urgent and crisis communications, and partner with branding to strengthen internal and external impact.
Measurement & Ops: Use analytics to improve engagement and drive timely, compliant communications across channels.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and distribute professional announcements, manage content on our corporate intranet, and build engaging campaigns that hit deadlines and move the needle on company goals.
Develop communication plans aligned to business initiatives, including target audiences, messaging strategy, timelines, and channel selection.
Support change management communications for new initiatives, rollouts, and organizational updates.
Partner with the Communications team and Advertising department to develop and launch campaigns that strengthen the Crash Champions brand for both internal and external audiences.
Help shape internal marketing campaigns that boost team member retention and engagement.
Collaborate with teams across the organization, including senior leadership, to move projects forward and respond to requests.
Consult with department leaders to clarify communication goals and recommend the most effective approach.
Write, edit, and proofread content to ensure clarity, tone consistency, brand alignment, and compliance with company standards.
Support urgent communications, time-sensitive announcements, and crisis communications as needed, ensuring accuracy and fast turnaround.
Ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all communication channels.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, or related field preferred.
3+ years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, marketing, PR, or related field (preferred).
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
Experience developing multi-channel communication campaigns (email, intranet, social media, digital signage, video, etc.).
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities.
Experience supporting change management communications (organizational updates, rollouts, new programs, process changes).
Ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders and influence stakeholders across departments.
Experience using analytics/metrics to measure campaign performance and improve engagement (open rates, click rates, intranet engagement, etc.).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); strong PowerPoint skills preferred.
Experience working in a multi-location or field-based organization (preferred).
Overnight/air travel required, up to 25%.
Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
