Job Summary

Own shopper marketing delivery across grocery and drug retailers with activation, in-store and digital campaigns, budget stewardship, and data-driven ROI tweaks.

  • Activation and Retail Partnerships: Build retailer relationships to secure placements, displays, and promos.
  • Campaign Execution: Develop multi-channel shopper plans aligned with brand goals and coordinate with agencies.
  • Measurement and Optimization: Analyze retail and shopper data to drive ROI and actionable improvements.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage activation with priority retailers in grocery and drugstores.
  • Develop and execute shopper marketing plans (in-store, digital, promotional) aligned with brand objectives and retailer needs.
  • Collaborate with brand, sales, and category management teams to ensure consistent messaging and integrated campaigns.
  • Build relationships with retailers to secure product placement, displays, and promotional opportunities.
  • Oversee creation and deployment of POS materials, displays, digital ads, and promotions.
  • Analyze performance data (retail, shopper insights) to monitor campaigns and measure ROI; provide actionable insights.
  • Coordinate with external agencies (creative, media) for effective campaign delivery.
  • Manage marketing budgets to maximize ROI.

Requirements

  • 3 years trade/retail/shopper marketing experience in FMCG
  • Mindset: Analytical, data-driven, commercial, creative, and results-oriented
  • Project Management: Excellent ability to manage end-to-end campaigns
  • Leadership: Influencing skills with internal stakeholders and external partners
