Position Overview
Kyverna is seeking a Senior Manager/Associate Director of Site Activation responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans across health systems, IDNs, and treatment centers to drive activation, adoption, and sustained utilization of the company's cell therapy portfolio. This individual serves as the primary commercial and operational partner to key accounts, coordinating cross-functional resources to optimize customer experience, remove barriers to patient access, and expand treatment capacity.

Travel: 50-70%Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans across health systems, IDNs, and treatment centers
- Lead treatment center activation, onboarding, contracting, operational readiness, and site certification
- Serve as the primary customer contact for CAR-T/cell therapy operations, logistics, and order management
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Services, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, Legal, and Commercial Operations to resolve issues and deliver key performance indicators
- Support reimbursement strategies, and contracting initiatives
- Drive expansion initiatives including satellite apheresis, outpatient treatment models, and multi-site frameworks
- Analyze and monitor account performance, identify operational gaps, and implement continuous improvements
- Represent customer insights, site performance and launch readiness in senior level meetings
- Build executive relationships and lead strategic business reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years of biotechnology, pharmaceutical, cell therapy experience and proven site onboarding success.
- Additional commercial experience with specialty biologics and neurology products a plus
- Experience managing health systems, IDNs, or treatment center accounts
- Knowledge of cell therapy operations, reimbursement, contracting, and GPOs
- Experience working cross-functionally within commercial and medical organizations
- Strong communication, analytical, negotiation, and executive relationship management skills
The national salary range for this position is from $150K to $200K USD annually. This salary range is an estimate of what we reasonably expect to pay for this posted position, and the actual salary may vary based on education, experience, skills, internal equity, and market data. This position is also eligible for bonus, benefits, and participation in the Company's stock plan.
