Responsibilities

• Field Marketing & Event Marketing Experience: Experience supporting customer events, trade shows, and marketing programs, including planning, coordination, execution, and follow-up activities.
• Executive & Customer Communications: Experience developing or supporting customer-facing communications, newsletters, presentations, and executive-facing content.
• Cross-Functional Project Management & Stakeholder Coordination: Ability to work across sales, marketing, leadership, and other stakeholders while managing multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
• The position will also support the development of marketing materials and communications, with graphic design experience preferred.

Requirements

• Graphic design experience and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite to support presentations, event materials, newsletters, and customer-facing communications
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Must be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
• Technology marketing experience, trade show experience (NRF, HIMSS, RSA, or similar), newsletter development, presentation development, and customer-facing communications

Preferred

• Adobe Creative Suite proficiency to support presentations, event materials, newsletters, and customer-facing communications
