Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create impactful employee communications by designing and delivering engaging content, visual creatives, videos, newsletters, campaigns, and digital assets that support HR initiatives, employee engagement programs, leadership communications, organizational announcements, and business priorities.
  • Own end-to-end HR communications for the US geography, from content ideation and storytelling to creative design, proofreading, publishing, and campaign execution across multiple communication channels.
  • Bring employee stories to life by identifying, developing, and showcasing compelling employee experiences, career journeys, achievements, innovation stories, community contributions, and workplace milestones that strengthen culture and employee pride.
  • Drive digital and social engagement by managing HR presence across internal communication platforms and social media channels, creating vibrant content that enhances employer branding, increases engagement, and amplifies employee advocacy.
  • Partner with HR leaders, business teams, and stakeholders to translate complex organizational messages into clear, concise, and compelling communications tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Support high-impact engagement initiatives, including leadership town halls, employee recognition programs, surveys, culture campaigns, policy rollouts, campus initiatives, and organizational events.
  • Develop award-worthy content by supporting external employer branding and workplace award submissions, ensuring high-quality writing, storytelling, and alignment with organizational achievements.
  • Maintain excellence in communication quality through meticulous editing, proofreading, and adherence to brand, tone, and communication standards.
  • Measure communication effectiveness by tracking engagement metrics, employee feedback, and digital analytics, and leveraging insights to continuously improve communication strategies and outcomes.
  • Serve as a trusted communications partner and point of contact for communication-related support across HR initiatives and employee experience programs.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends in employee communications, digital media, AI-enabled content creation, storytelling, and engagement practices to introduce innovative ideas and fresh approaches.
  • Champion the TCS culture and employer brand through meaningful storytelling and communications that inspire employees, strengthen belonging, and reinforce TCS as an employer of choice.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field, along with 1–4 years of relevant experience in HR communications, corporate communications, and engagement initiatives.
  • Experience across diverse HR roles or functions will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in HR communication, corporate communication, or employee engagement roles.
  • Hands-on exposure to creative design tools, content platforms, and social media management.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and organizational change communication.
