Summary of Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Business Intelligence Specialist supports the Business Intelligence department by conducting business research, running reports using internal data, performing routine data maintenance, maintaining the Team’s request queue, and assisting with the maintenance of business process documentation. The Specialist utilizes databases, core data, reporting tools and processes to generate client reports.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum two years of experience preferably in a fast-paced professional services marketing/communications environment; Law firm experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Jones Day offers competitive salaries and benefits to all employees. Compensation is determined upon the market in which the position is located, the responsibilities of the position, the experience and skills of the applicant, and other job-related factors. The starting salary range for this Cleveland position is $70,000 – $80,000.
