Responsibilities

• Manage Spa social media, including posts, events, and advertising.
• Develop and execute Spa email marketing and flash sales.
• Manage and update Spa CRM.
• Oversee Spa website content, services, packages, and promotions.
• Coordinate all campaign assets for Spa specials.
• Design Spa marketing materials in Canva and coordinate digital and print production.
• Communicate project status, timelines, deployments, and opportunities with Marketing and Spa teams.
• Stay current on Spa marketing trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.

Requirements

• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Team-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to take ownership of projects.
• Committed to producing high-quality work and meeting deadlines.
• Genuine interest in spa, wellness, and hospitality

Preferred

• Experience managing business social media accounts, CRM, email marketing, and Microsoft Excel preferred.
• Two years of Marketing experience or an Associate’s/bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
