Responsibilities

• In this role, you’ll help us make sure the Council’s contracts deliver real benefits for local communities.
• This includes supporting work with suppliers and partners to create opportunities such as jobs, support for community projects, and environmental initiatives.
• You’ll gain experience working with a wide range of colleagues, including commissioning, procurement and contract management teams, as well as local businesses and community organisations.

Requirements

• Level 4 Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability Practitioner apprenticeship
• Right to work that enables them to commit to at least 6 months' employment
• Genuine interest in sustainability and social impact
• Organised, motivated and creative, with good communication skills
