  • Own social strategy development across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, turning cultural trends into scalable campaigns.
  • Collaborate with creative, paid, influencer, and account teams to deliver integrated strategies anchored in performance insights.
  • Translate business objectives into strategy narratives and optimize them with data to improve attention, engagement, and outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Developing social-first strategies that align brand ambition with audience behaviour and platform dynamics.
  • Turning business objectives into culturally relevant, platform-native strategic approaches.
  • Creating strategic narratives that inspire innovative creative work and unlock growth opportunities.
  • Identifying cultural trends, conversations and moments brands can authentically participate in.
  • Collaborating closely with creative, paid, influencer and account teams to deliver integrated strategies.
  • Using performance data and insights to optimise strategy and improve effectiveness over time.
  • Contributing to new business pitches and proactive opportunities with strong strategic thinking and cultural insight.
  • Helping clients understand the role social plays in driving attention, engagement, and measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

  • - Strong experience in social strategy across culturally-led brands.
  • - Deep understanding of social platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit and emerging channels.
  • - Strong grasp of platform mechanics, formats, algorithms and how content performs differently across platforms.
  • - Experience building social and content strategies that deliver both cultural relevance and commercial impact.
  • - Understanding of influencer marketing, creator ecosystems and partnership strategies.
  • - Experience contributing to or leading strategic input into new business pitches.
  • - Excellent strategic storytelling and presentation skills.
  • - Strong understanding of audience behaviour, online communities, and cultural trends.
  • - Ability to balance reactive thinking with long-term strategic planning.
  • - Collaborative mindset with experience working across cross-functional teams
