Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage and schedule social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
Assist in planning and executing web advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
Support branding initiatives, including brand voice, visuals, and messaging consistency
Monitor social media performance and ad metrics
Conduct basic market and competitor research
Collaborate with the design and content team for campaign execution

Requirements

Basic knowledge of social media platforms and trends
Familiarity with web advertising tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads is a plus)
Strong interest in branding, marketing, and digital strategy
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Willingness to learn and take feedback
Must be currently based in Canada

Preferred

Experience using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar
Basic graphic design or content creation skills (Canva, etc.)
Understanding of SEO and website performance basics
Experience managing or growing social media pages
