Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver quarterly briefs for clients and creative teams that align with overall business goals and audience insights.
  • Outline content calendars and establish content pillars aligned with audience insights, seasonal trends, and business goals while ensuring strategic consistency.
  • Work closely with the creative team to brainstorm ideas and ensure all creative outputs are finalized per the content calendar.
  • Work closely with creative, community management, and account teams to ensure seamless strategy alignment across deliverables.
  • Provide clear briefs to content creators for organic content calendars to reinforce strategic and creative alignment.
  • Oversee influencer concepts and content, finalizing strategies and selections to ensure authentic brand representation.
  • Lead or support brainstorming sessions to maintain innovation and strategic consistency across social campaigns.
  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for social media and influencer-related communications with clients, providing strategic recommendations, gathering feedback, and ensuring approvals.
  • Guide the execution of influencer strategies, concept reviews, creator briefs, and contract processes.
  • Lead development of monthly and quarterly performance reports that evaluate campaign effectiveness, social engagement, and influencer impact.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in social media strategy, content planning, or digital marketing; prior people management experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of organic social platforms, content trends, influencer marketing, and performance analytics.
  • Proficiency in developing content calendars, creative briefs, and integrated social strategies across brand ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional workstreams, and manage client relationships.
  • Familiarity with paid social boosting and influencer platforms/tools; experience with reporting dashboards preferred. Tools include META and TikTok Business Managers, Ad Managers and Meltwater.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; confident presenter and collaborator.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Travel Requirements: This role may require limited travel, estimated at approximately 15%.
