Responsibilities

Ramsey's investing content reaches millions of people trying to build wealth the right way, and this role owns turning that message into content that stops the scroll. You'll set the strategy, content calendar, and publishing standards across Instagram, Facebook, X, and TikTok, spotting the moments worth turning into a clip and shaping the hooks, formats, and cadence that move people from casual followers to loyal fans of the brand. You'll dig into the numbers, impressions, engagement, and retention, and use what you find to sharpen the strategy in real time. And you'll be a steady hand for the Video Editors you brief, giving them clear direction so the content that goes out consistently sounds and feels like Ramsey.

Requirements

You’ve got 2+ years of experience building and growing social accounts, with a track record of content that connects with an audience.
You’re comfortable in the numbers, digging into platform analytics and turning what you find into a clear next move.
You can talk about money and investing in a way that feels warm, approachable, and easy to follow, never intimidating.
You represent the brand's voice and Ramsey's investing principles clearly and consistently.
You’re a self-starter who brings ideas to the table and moves things forward without needing a lot of direction.
You've grown business-focused social accounts and know how to turn content into real audience growth, not just likes.
You think like a strategist, someone who owns the plan, reads the audience, and makes intentional calls, rather than just posting content.
