Responsibilities

• You'll set the strategy for Ramsey Solutions' social accounts, deciding what we post, when we post it, and why it matters, including the social presence of our on-air personalities like Dave Ramsey and the rest of our show hosts.
• From spotting the best clips worth turning into content to building content calendars that keep every platform on track, you'll shape how millions of people experience our message and our personalities on Instagram, Facebook, X, and TikTok.
• You'll dig into the numbers behind every post, translate what's working into a sharper plan, and adjust course the moment something isn't landing.
• Along the way, you'll partner closely with our video editors, giving them clear direction so their work can shine, while keeping every post on brand and squarely aimed at growing our audience and turning casual followers into true fans.

Requirements

• You've built and executed social content strategies that grew engagement and turned casual viewers into loyal followers.
• You have a sharp eye for spotting a strong clip or moment and know how to turn it into content that performs.
• You're fluent in social platform analytics and know how to turn impressions, engagement, and retention data into a clear next move.
• You're comfortable owning a content calendar end to end, from topics and hooks to publishing standards and timing.
• You give clear, actionable feedback and enjoy partnering closely with creative teammates like video editors.
• You stay on top of platform and industry trends and can explain why they matter, not just that they're happening.
• You're confident making the final call while staying genuinely open to input from your team and stakeholders.
• You know how to build social content around a personality or public voice, keeping their tone true while growing their reach.
