Responsibilities

• Social Media Production
• Manage social media production for Celtic and our respective clients, ensuring consistency and quality, with the capacity to manage email and other digital production elements as needed.
• Assist in the curation, creation, and scheduling of content for our clients’ social media channels, utilizing predefined templates.
• Collaborate closely with the Social and Content team to develop and execute content plans that align with client goals and brand guidelines.
• Perform administrative tasks to support the team, such as maintaining content calendars and organizing digital assets.
• Use social media management tools to schedule posts, track engagement, and adjust strategies based on performance data.
• Assist in the design and layout of marketing emails using predefined templates and content direction from internal teams, ensuring they meet brand and client expectations.
• Utilize analytics platforms to gather data and track key performance indicators, proactively identifying trends that impact Celtic and our clients’ digital presence.
• Maintain and optimize analytics platforms as new trends and options emerge, providing insights that inform strategic decisions.
• Review analytics from email and social media campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and communicate insights to relevant teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, digital communications, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Adobe Design Suite, Canva, and email marketing platforms (HubSpot preferred).
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
• Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Desire to learn and grow within the social and digital marketing spaces, working effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) and familiarity with social media management tools.
