Responsibilities

• Develop and schedule content across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Design branded marketing materials and graphics using Canva
• Execute email marketing campaigns to promote business services and office suite availability
• Follow up with leads via email to drive inquiries and support business growth
• Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness
• Research social media trends, hashtags, and industry competitors to inform strategy
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and communications
• Assist with marketing-related administrative tasks and digital asset organization

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field
• Proficient in Canva and familiar with email platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar
• Strong written communication and content creation skills
• Understanding of marketing fundamentals and lead generation tactics
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently and as part of a team
• Professional demeanor with excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
