Job Description

Responsibilities

Aid CEO in managing 5+ businesses under his instructions
Phone screen applicants and coordinate the interview process.
Provide daily support for CEO
Bookkeep expenses and make reports
Screen and return phone calls as needed
Oversee the payroll system
Manage personal and professional calendars and other meeting and event arrangements
Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
Sensitivity to confidential information
Strong proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, Shopify, Canva, Google Ads
