Responsibilities

• Create and manage content calendars for multiple social media platforms
• Design and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, and other relevant channels
• Develop engaging graphics, videos, reels, stories, and promotional content
• Write compelling captions, blogs, email campaigns, and website content
• Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments and messages as assigned
• Track performance metrics and provide monthly marketing reports
• Assist with SEO initiatives to improve website visibility and search rankings
• Coordinate promotional campaigns, community events, and special projects
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms
• Research industry trends and identify opportunities for audience growth

Requirements

• Experience in social media management, digital marketing, content creation, or a related field
• Strong writing, communication, and storytelling skills
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar design/video tools
• Familiarity with social media scheduling platforms and analytics tools
• Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and content marketing strategies
• Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Preferred

• Marketing experience within funeral service, cemetery, memorial, pet care, healthcare, or family-focused industries
• Photography and videography experience
• Website content management (Shopify, WordPress, or similar platforms)
• Paid social media advertising experience
