Job Summary

You will own day-to-day marketing operations across multiple client accounts, keep projects and deadlines organized, and serve as the primary communicator with clients and team members to move campaigns forward. You’ll proactively flag issues, coordinate content days and launches, and manage workflows across Airtable, Canva, Drive, Slack, and social platforms.

Own project schedules and deliverables, coordinating across Airtable, Google Drive, Slack, and Canva.
Proactively identify risks and follow up to ensure on-time client-ready content.
Communicate confidently with clients and keep leadership updated.

Responsibilities

Managing day-to-day marketing needs across multiple client accounts
Keeping projects, content, campaigns, and deadlines organized
Communicating directly and confidently with clients
Following up with team members and making sure deliverables are completed
Reviewing social media content, graphics, captions, stories, and other marketing materials before client delivery
Helping coordinate content days, shoots, campaigns, promotions, and launches
Managing workflows across platforms like Airtable, Canva, Google Drive, Slack, and social media platforms
Identifying problems before they become client issues
Keeping leadership updated without needing to be chased for information
Helping hold the team accountable and keeping projects moving
