Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day social media across Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube
• Capture and create content, including short-form video and imagery, with a strong sense of aesthetic
• Assist in planning and scheduling content aligned with key brand moments, launches, and events
• Work closely with an email marketing agency to shape content and refine messaging
• Contribute to brainstorming campaigns, flows, and storytelling across digital channels
• Support affiliate and partnership initiatives (ShopMy, AWIN)
• Monitor performance and share insights on what resonates

Requirements

• A natural content creator with a refined eye and an instinct for visual storytelling
• Experience creating content for social media, whether for yourself or for a brand
• Comfortable creating across formats, from short-form video (TikTok, Reels) to longer-form content (YouTube)
• Interested in fashion, jewelry, art, or cultural storytelling
• Comfortable with tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Based in or able to commute to Hinsdale for occasional in-person support
