Job Summary

Own campus growth by building and scaling Cantina's campus pages from scratch, shaping short form AI-driven video content, and coordinating student creators to drive authentic reach on each campus.

Campus Growth: Launch and own Instagram and TikTok accounts for multiple campuses, track signals, and accelerate follower growth.
Content & Creators: Produce AI-powered short videos and recruit student creators across schools.
Measurement & Outreach: Monitor performance, report wins, and coordinate outreach to campus pages, Greek organizations, and creators.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage and grow campus-specific Instagram and TikTok pages (starting from 0)
Create and post short-form video content using Cantina's AI tools — reels, bot videos, campus-coded humor
Research campus trends, viral formats, and what's hitting on each platform
Recruit and coordinate student creators across target schools
Track performance across accounts and report on what’s working
Support outreach to campus pages, Greek organizations, and student creators
