Responsibilities

• Planning, creating, and scheduling engaging social media content across multiple platforms.
• Filming and editing reels, short-form videos, and other creative content.
• Repurposing existing content into fresh, engaging posts and videos.
• Creating eye-catching graphics, carousels, and branded content.
• Writing engaging captions, creative hooks, and marketing emails.
• Creating, scheduling, and managing email marketing campaigns.
• Developing fresh content ideas and keeping up with the latest social media trends.
• Reviewing content performance and identifying opportunities to improve reach and engagement.
• Managing content calendars and ensuring deadlines are met.

Requirements

• A creative flair and a genuine passion for social media and marketing.
• Strong video editing skills and a great eye for photography and videography.
• Confidence using Canva, CapCut, or similar creative tools.
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
• Someone highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects.
• A positive, enthusiastic attitude and the confidence to bring new ideas to the table.
• Someone who takes ownership of their work and is always looking for ways to improve.
