Responsibilities

• Coordinate Social Media Manager tasks across campaigns, content, communications, audience activity, or reporting priorities that support technical support, customer service, project coordination, data, systems, documentation, and digital operations at Smartly Technologies.
• Maintain calendars, asset status, approvals, briefs, and supporting documentation required for the Social Media Manager workflow at Smartly Technologies.
• Review campaign or audience information and prepare clear performance updates that support the Social Media Manager function at Smartly Technologies.
• Work with internal stakeholders, vendors, creative partners, or customers to keep Social Media Manager deliverables accurate, timely, and consistent for Smartly Technologies.
• Quality-check content, campaign records, handoffs, and documented decisions before completion of Social Media Manager work at Smartly Technologies.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to perform Social Media Manager work, or closely related training or experience, with reliable accuracy and follow-through for Smartly Technologies.
