Responsibilities

• Fully manage multiple client social media accounts
• Build and maintain monthly content calendars
• Write on brand captions and develop content ideas
• Design elevated social media graphics in Canva
• Edit short form video content using CapCut
• Schedule and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
• Manage community engagement and audience interactions
• Communicate directly and professionally with clients
• Assist with planning and executing client content shoots
• Capture photo and video content for social media

Requirements

• Previous professional experience managing social media for brands or businesses
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and current social media best practices
• Strong Canva skills with an eye for branding and design
• Experience editing Reels and TikToks in CapCut
• Marketing knowledge and an understanding of how content supports larger business goals
• Strong copywriting and communication skills
• Extremely organized and detail oriented
• Able to learn new brands, systems, and processes quickly
• Comfortable communicating directly with clients
• Able to work independently and take ownership of accounts

Preferred

• Agency experience
• Experience managing multiple brands at once
• Photography or videography experience
• Experience shooting content on an iPhone or camera
• Knowledge of lighting, framing, and content production
• Experience with analytics, reporting, and social media strategy
