Job Description

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day organic social execution across multiple client accounts, helping brands grow audiences, drive engagement, and show up meaningfully on social.
Collaborate with digital, creative, account, and project teams to plan and deliver content that aligns with brand goals.
Build and maintain an organic social best practices guide (by platform), updating it as trends, tools, and algorithms evolve.
Own content calendars, partner with account teams on client needs and ideas, and work with digital and analytics to review performance and use insights to shape what comes next.
Write and publish platform-ready copy, switch smoothly between distinct brand voices, and keep each client’s tone and visual presence consistent.
Stay close to culture, spot trends quickly, and produce fast-turn content like Reels, TikToks, memes, and quick edits using native tools and apps such as CapCut.
Manage community engagement across channels, responding to comments, DMs, tags, and mentions in a timely, on-brand way.
Bring a customer-service mindset, know when to escalate, and use good judgment in online conflict resolution.
Help define community management guidelines and escalation paths so engagement stays consistent, on-brand, and well supported across accounts.
Influencer and creator work: lead day-to-day execution of influencer programs including outreach, coordination, and content review, partnering with creators and internal teams to ensure content aligns with brand standards and platform best practices.
Track performance by monitoring metrics, pulling insights, and supporting optimization.
Collaborate across teams by sharing ideas, giving constructive creative feedback, and supporting client-facing needs like planning sessions, updates, and real-time engagement strategies.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience managing social media accounts in an agency or in-house environment
hands-on experience across major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest)
strong writing skills

Preferred

Experience with influencer platforms
Familiarity with Upfluence
Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, and web-based project management tools
