Responsibilities

• own daily distribution and community growth across four primary channels: Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• package assets into daily posts, manage the publishing queue, and actively capture high-value inbound leads in the DMs.
• Batch Deadlines: All 7 daily posts for the upcoming week must be uploaded to our dashboard for Chief Creative Officer approval every Thursday by 5:00 PM. No content goes live without CCO sign-off.
• Inbound SLA: Direct messages and comments across all 4 platforms must be checked and answered at least twice per 24-hour period. No lead message may sit unanswered for more than 12 business hours.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience managing professional or brand social media accounts.
• Excellent English copywriting skills (casual for TikTok/IG, sharp and professional for LinkedIn).
• Proficient vertical video editing capabilities (clean cuts, text overlays, trending audio timing).
• BYO Software Stack: You must bring and utilize your own preferred software licenses (e.g., Canva Pro, CapCut/Adobe Suite, and a central scheduling dashboard like Metricool/Buffer).
• Language: English (Required)
