Responsibilities

• Perform deep audits of client social media platforms to find gaps and opportunities
• Build out full social media strategies for both organic and paid growth
• Define brand pillars, themes, objectives, and high conversion funnels
• Create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns to ensure maximum performance
• Oversee the creative direction to ensure all content aligns with the strategy
• Pivot strategies in real time based on business needs or data insights
• Review all team output before it hits the Team Lead for final approval

• A portfolio or case studies that show you understand digital marketing and funnels
• A strategic mind that can see the big picture and the tiny details at the same time
• A hustle first mentality where you are obsessed with data and winning
• The Student Mentality. You need to be a sponge. We will train you on everything but you must bring the speed
• High level organization to manage multiple client strategies without breaking a sweat
• The ability to lead and give clear direction to designers and editors
