Responsibilities

• Create fresh, engaging content ideas for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Reels.
• Film and edit short-form videos that attract local customers.
• Post content every day that promotes:
• We buy gold, jewelry, watches, and luxury items.
• We offer fast pawn loans.
• Our inventory and special deals.
• Help build our store into a well-known local destination through consistent social media content.
• Capture customer success stories, including:
• Customers who purchased from us.
• Happy customers sharing their experience.

Requirements

• Has experience managing Instagram and TikTok accounts.
• Is comfortable filming customers and talking on camera.
• Knows how to edit engaging short-form videos using apps like CapCut or similar.
• Understands current social media trends and knows how to make content that gets views.
• Is creative, proactive, and constantly bringing new ideas.
• Has strong communication skills and enjoys interacting with customers.
• Can work independently and consistently produce quality content.

Preferred

• Experience with Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut, or similar editing software.
• Photography and basic graphic design experience.
• Experience growing local business social media accounts.
