Job Summary

Own end-to-end social media campaigns for multiple brands, from calendar to captions, design, approvals, publishing, and performance reviews.

  • Manage monthly content calendars and client voice
  • Drive analytics-driven adjustments

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build each client's monthly content calendar and map it to their voice, their services, and the season they're actually selling into
  • Write every caption. Hook, body, CTA, in the client's voice rather than your own.
  • Design the creative: statics, carousels, and reels, built inside each client's brand system
  • Run the client approval cycle cleanly. Send the calendar, work the feedback, secure re-approval, and keep one designated approver per account so posts don't get unapproved out from under you.
  • Schedule everything natively per platform through GoHighLevel: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Business Profile
  • Watch the comments and DMs across client accounts, and answer or route them same-day
  • Deliver a monthly performance recap that actually changes the next month's plan
  • Onboard new social clients: account connections, voice and visual direction, and their first month of content
  • Contribute to shot lists, working with our videographer and photographer so shoots come back with the assets your calendar needs

Requirements

  • Two or more years running organic social for multiple brands or clients at once. Agency experience is a strong plus.
  • You communicate well, and this is the one we weigh heaviest. You keep clients and our team current without being chased, you say so early when something has slipped, and you have the people smarts to read who you're talking to.
  • You think strategically. You can look at a client's business and say why next month's calendar shouldn't look like last month's.
  • You write well. You can land a hook that stops a scroll, and write a caption that sounds like the client instead of like you.
  • You design. Canva and the Adobe suite, plus the editing tools social actually runs on now: CapCut, Instagram Edits, and whatever replaces them next. You can work inside somebody else's brand system and make it look deliberate.
  • You can capture content yourself. An iPhone is the floor: a clean photo and a steady vertical video on site. Deeper photo or video experience is a real plus.
  • You read analytics and can say what the numbers mean and what you'd change, rather than just reporting them.
  • You take feedback well, from clients and from us, without getting precious about the work.
  • You're self-led. You know what's due, you plan backward from it, and you raise problems early rather than at the deadline.
  • You know what performs natively on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Business Profile, and you keep up when it shifts.

Benefits

  • Paid holidays, PTO, three paid sick days, and health insurance after your first year.
