Job Description
Responsibilities
- Comprehensive social strategy across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging platforms
- Content pillars, brand voice, publishing calendars, and performance frameworks
- HubSpot infrastructure for publishing, tracking, attribution, and ROI measurement
- Playbooks and templates enabling 60+ franchisees to maintain brand consistency with local relevance
- Dashboards measuring engagement, conversions, CPL, and revenue influence
- Partnership with established marketing agency for integrated campaign execution
Requirements
- 5+ years managing social media with documented business impact
- Experience scaling social for multi-location, franchise, or distributed teams
- HubSpot proficiency (publishing, attribution, analytics)
- Platform expertise: Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Pages, TikTok For Business
- Exceptional writing for both brand storytelling and performance marketing
- Data-driven mindset with proven ROI results
- Paid Social Campaign Experience
- Brand with Multiple Locations
