Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and X
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including graphics and short-form videos
Monitor channels daily and respond to comments, messages, and mentions
Track and analyze performance metrics including reach, engagement, and follower growth
Manage paid social media advertising campaigns and optimize for ROI
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for leadership

Requirements

High school diploma required; bachelor degree preferred
Strong understanding of major social media platforms and best practices
Experience with Canva or basic design tools a plus
Must pass a pre-employment background check
2+ years of social media experience preferred — recent graduates considered
Must be authorized to work in the United States
