The recruiter will own end-to-end creator campaigns, from sourcing and briefing to on-site content creation and performance reporting across multiple clients.

Responsibilities

Source, vet and manage influencers and creators across multiple client campaigns
Set the creative direction and write scripts and briefs for creator content
Be the day-to-day link between clients and creators, managing communication, expectations and delivery
Go on-site with clients to film and create content yourself
Keep several campaigns organised and on schedule across different clients and sectors
Track campaign performance and report on what’s working

Requirements

Experience in influencer marketing, talent or creator management, or a closely related field
Strong creative instincts: you can write a hook, direct a shoot and know what makes content perform
Comfortable on camera and confident creating content yourself, not just briefing others
Highly organised, able to juggle several client campaigns without dropping the ball
A confident communicator, equally at ease managing a client and negotiating with a creator
A portfolio or reel showing both your creative work and campaigns you’ve run
