Keep internal teams and clients on the same page with regular updates, ensuring seamless collaboration as priorities and strategies evolve.
Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to client goals, brand identity, and audience preferences, ensuring campaigns resonate with target audiences.
Create and manage detailed content calendars and write the majority of copy for social posts, maintaining consistency in posting, messaging, and seasonal or event-based content.
Monitor and respond to social conversations, engage with audiences, and foster brand loyalty through thoughtful and timely interactions.
Leverage tools to monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and brand sentiment, identifying opportunities for brand advocacy, PR, or crisis management.
Gather data and create client reports using tools like PowerPoint to highlight campaign successes and provide actionable insights.
Respond quickly to on-the-fly requests from clients or internal teams, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and audience insights to continuously innovate new plans, while refining and optimizing strategies for greater impact.
