Responsibilities

• Responsibilities include, planning, launching, managing, coordinating and optimizing campaigns, along with overseeing content direction and ensuring performance targets are met.
• You should be comfortable operating independently and as a team and making decisions that impact results.
• Social media strategy and execution for multiple client accounts
• Plan and manage content calendars across all major platforms
• Oversee and implement content production
• Write or refine messaging to align with each client’s positioning
• Monitor engagement and maintain professional standards across accounts
• Track performance and continuously optimize based on data
• Manage paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn end-to-end
• Handle campaign setup, targeting, budgeting, and scaling

Requirements

• 5+ years managing social media and paid social campaigns (agency experience is a must)
• Proven experience managing and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta, Google & LinkedIn
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and lead generation
• Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on performance
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to operate independently
• Familiarity with AI tools in marketing workflows

Preferred

• Experience with law firms or professional services
• Background in ad creative strategy and testing
