Responsibilities

• Host engaging TikTok LIVE shopping sessions featuring our nail industry products.
• Demonstrate nail products and explain their features, benefits, and proper use.
• Create an energetic, entertaining atmosphere that captures viewers' attention.
• Engage with viewers by answering questions and responding to LIVE comments.
• Encourage audience participation and confidently promote featured products.
• Communicate promotions, launches, bundles, and special offers during LIVE sessions.
• Learn and maintain strong knowledge of the company's products.
• Stay current on TikTok trends, viral content, beauty trends, and nail trends.
• Collaborate with our marketing and social media teams on LIVE concepts and promotions.
• Help develop creative ideas, talking points, games, demonstrations, and other ways to keep viewers engaged.

Requirements

• Confident and natural on camera.
• Energetic, personable, outgoing, and entertaining.
• Comfortable speaking to an audience for extended periods.
• Able to think quickly and respond naturally during a LIVE broadcast.
• Knowledgeable or passionate about nails, beauty, and nail products.
• Comfortable selling products without sounding overly scripted or pushy.
• Familiar with TikTok, TikTok LIVE, and current social media trends.
• Able to explain products in an easy-to-understand and exciting way.
• Dependable and comfortable working independently as well as with a team.
• Comfortable learning detailed product information.

Preferred

• Licensed Nail Technician or professional nail industry experience.
• Previous TikTok LIVE or livestream hosting experience.
• Beauty retail or beauty product sales experience.
• Content creation or influencer experience.
• Experience with TikTok Shop.
• Strong knowledge of gel polish, acrylic, Gelly Tips, nail art, nail electronics, or professional nail products.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
