Responsibilities

• Develop & Execute U.S. Brand Awareness Strategy: Create and implement a clear brand growth roadmap to increase TYMO BEAUTY’s visibility and affinity in the U.S.; Build a sustainable brand expression system to strengthen recall and emotional connection; Design always-on brand narratives and topical campaigns to maintain relevance.
• Lead Social-First Brand Growth: Develop a “test-learn-scale” content framework to grow owned social channels and engagement; Produce original, share-worthy content that aligns with social trends and platform dynamics; Drive viral moments through cultural relevance and real-time brand storytelling.
• Amplify Organic Visibility & Search Growth: Increase organic search volume in Google through strategic content and brand buzz; Enhance direct traffic and owned channel performance through integrated campaigns; Leverage social and PR to boost Share of Voice (SOV) and positive brand sentiment.
• Manage Brand Reputation in Real-Time: Monitor and respond to conversations with a brand-aligned, witty, and proactive voice; Navigate potential reputation risks and turn challenges into brand-building opportunities; Maintain consistent brand tone and trust across all public touchpoints.
• Build & Lead the U.S. Brand Communications Team: Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing brand and content team; Foster a test-and-learn culture that balances creativity with measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years in brand communications, social strategy, or brand growth, preferably with U.S. consumer brands known for social/digital excellence.
• Proven experience in increasing organic search volume, social engagement, and brand awareness metrics.
• Strong portfolio showcasing viral or high-impact social campaigns.
• Experience building and scaling teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Data-fluent with the ability to connect brand efforts to business outcomes.
• Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to present to stakeholders and lead creative brainstorms.
