Job Description
Responsibilities
- develop and deliver social media plans that support RCOT’s campaigns, advocacy and member engagement priorities
- create high-quality, engaging content across key platforms – including LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook
- drive audience growth and engagement through insight-led and creative approaches
- manage and evolve RCOT’s social media channels – ensuring a strong and consistent voice
- use analytics and insights to optimise performance and inform future activity
- manage our reputation on social media, including monitoring risk and responding to emerging issues
