Responsibilities

• Assist in creating engaging social media content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Support the development and implementation of social media marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Conduct social listening to gather insights on customer preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or other media editing tools.
• Help manage online reputation by responding to comments, messages, and reviews professionally and promptly.
• Support in analyzing digital marketing performance using Google Analytics and other marketing analytics tools to optimize campaigns.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content marketing strategies.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing analytics is desirable.
• Strong written communication skills with an eye for proofreading and content writing.
• Enthusiastic learner with a proactive attitude and ability to work independently within a team environment.
