Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts (graphics, videos, reels, captions)
• Capture and edit video content during training sessions and camps
• Collaborate with coaches to showcase drills, progress stories, and testimonials
• Monitor social media trends and suggest new content strategies
• Engage with followers and help build our brand voice

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Sports Management, or related field
• Familiar with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube)
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Ability to shoot and edit basic video content (Canva, CapCut, iMovie, etc.)
• Interest or background in baseball/softball is a plus

Preferred

• Real-world marketing and content creation experience
• Mentorship from an established brand in the baseball development industry
• Portfolio-building opportunities (with credit on published content)
