Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Travel to corporate and various plant locations to capture engaging, authentic content that showcases our brand and culture.
  • Assist in the development of a comprehensive content calendar, ensuring alignment with our brand and communications strategy.
  • Capture, edit, and produce high-quality photo and video content for use across various social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with the Brand and Communications teams to support internal and external events, including trade shows, promotional campaigns, and employee engagement activities.
  • Monitor social media trends and provide insights to enhance our social media presence and engagement.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of internal and external events.
  • Support marcomm tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Proximity to Indianapolis, IN; Chicago, IL; or McGregor, TX is required.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Familiar with content creation and editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro) or similar software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel as needed.
