Job Description

Responsibilities

Draft, schedule, and publish engaging content across multiple platforms
Write captions that reflect each client’s tone and messaging
Draft, schedule, and publish engaging content across multiple platforms exclusively using Sprout Social.
Participate in monthly Strategy Syncs and maintain accurate project statuses in our Content Calendar Tracker.
Write captions that reflect each client’s tone and messaging, ensuring adherence to technical specs and hashtag strategies.
Execute daily 15-minute community management protocols per client, including outbound engagement to reinforce algorithms.
Respond to all comments and DMs across platforms within a strict 24-hour window.
Schedule and test 3 Trial Reels per week for eligible accounts using archival content.
Coordinate content needs with the broader team and track engagement metrics.

Requirements

Have 1-2 years of experience managing social media for brands or clients.
Can write in a range of voices and understand tone/messaging alignment.
Are highly organized and comfortable using Canva (Pro Team), Google Drive, and Sprout Social.
Are a proficient video editor using CapCut for Reels/TikToks and understand vertical video trends, hooks, and audio balancing.
Have a dedicated, professional workspace and can provide your own reliable laptop, smartphone, and high-speed internet.

Nice To Have

Bonus: You have experience with DSLR videography/photography (Note: local travel for shoots within 30 miles is considered an unpaid commute).
Bonus: Familiarity with AI and automation tools like OpusClip, ManyChat, or Google AI Studio
