Job Summary

Own social storytelling for a UK based wellness brand with cross channel reach, owning planning, creation and community for multiple platforms.

Channel ownership: end to end management across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, Substack and YouTube for UK and Germany with timely publishing.
Content engine: ideation, shoots and copy that fit platform formats and brand voice to lift engagement and audience quality.
Measurement: weekly KPI tracking with clear why behind results and two to three actionable next steps each month.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Channel Management & Scheduling: Own the day-to-day management of Releaf's social channels across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, Substack and YouTube (UK and Germany), ensuring content is planned, approved and published on time, every time
Content Creation & Ideation: Proactively bring fresh content concepts to the team - staying on top of platform trends, formats and best practices and translating them into ideas that work for Releaf's brand and audience
Content Shoots: Plan, produce and execute content shoots in line with the campaign calendar - briefing talent and crew, coordinating logistics, and ensuring all assets captured are on-brand and ready for use across channels
Copywriting: Write compelling, on-brand captions, scripts and social copy across all channels, adapting tone for platform and audience
Community Engagement: Working alongside our Community Manager, monitor comments, DMs and mentions across platforms, responding promptly and in line with brand guidelines to build trust and foster community
Reporting: Track and report on channel KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis, providing clear commentary on performance, trends and recommendations, not just numbers. Deliver a weekly report covering follower count, engagement rate, reach and upcoming content per channel. Contribute to the monthly performance deck with a minimum of 2-3 actionable insights per cycle, moving beyond 'what happened' to 'why it happened' and 'what we do next.'
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Content & Ecommerce team, designers, and other departments to ensure social content is aligned with campaigns, launches and business priorities.

Requirements

2+ years' experience managing social media channels professionally, with a track record of growing engaged audiences across multiple platforms.
Must be based in the UK.

Nice to have

Experience in healthcare, wellness or a regulated sector is highly desirable.
