Responsibilities

Account Ownership & Social Strategy
Channel Ownership: Oversee and manage all official Instagram and Facebook accounts for The Center
Community Engagement: Actively monitor comments, direct messages, and text replies daily to answert inquiries promptly and foster connection
Strategic Growth: Direct digital growth strategy, integrating trending sounds, creative concepts, and interactive formats.
Content Planning: Maintain and execute the master social content calendar
Departmental Alignment: Coordinate regularly with internal account managers and program heads to align promotional needs with social strategy
Content Creation & Multimedia Production
Video & Design Production: Shoot, edit, and design high-impact short-form videos (Reels, stories) and graphics built to capture attention, boost engagement, and convert views into program sign-ups
Graphic Production: Design, format, and resize promotional graphics across digital channels
Photography Requests: Fulfill internal photography needs for live events, programs, and facility activities

Requirements

Experience: 1–3 years managing multi-platform social channels with a proven track record of using content to drive awareness and sign-ups
Platform & Software Expertise: Experience with Facebook, Instagram, SMS marketing software, WhatsApp broadcast tools, and social analytics platforms
Production Skills: Hands-on experience in video editing, graphic design, photography, and headline/caption writing
Work Style & Adaptability: Proven ability to manage competing priorities, balance rapid-turnaround requests, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
