Responsibilities

• Visit job sites to capture high-quality photos and videos of our work.
• Edit videos and create engaging content for YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, and other social media platforms.
• Create posts, write captions, and schedule content.
• Help grow our online presence and increase customer engagement.
• Monitor social media accounts and respond to comments or messages when needed.
• Assist with marketing campaigns and promotional ideas.
• Answer incoming customer calls professionally.
• Schedule appointments and assist with dispatching.
• Process customer payments.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records.

Requirements

• Experience with social media content creation and video editing.
• Familiarity with YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and Reddit.
• Experience using CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, or similar editing software.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organized, dependable, and able to multitask.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for local travel to job sites.
• 100% in-office position.

Preferred

• Photography or videography experience.
• Experience with Meta Business Suite or other social media management tools.
• Experience in customer service, dispatching, or office administration.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, construction, or home services is a plus, but not required.
