Responsibilities

• Coordinating campaign, content, communication, or promotional tasks against an agreed calendar.
• Maintaining briefs, approvals, asset status, customer information, and performance notes.
• Supporting research, copy coordination, email, social, or other digital workflows relevant to assigned projects.
• Tracking deadlines and preparing clear updates so work does not stall between contributors.
• This position supports the day-to-day customer, administrative, operational, or business workflows associated with Pearls & Stars Exclusive Travel LLC.
