Responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Create and publish engaging daily/weekly content.
• Capture photos and videos of athletes, training sessions, trainers, events, and facility activities.
• Create short-form video content including Reels, TikToks, highlights, and promotional videos.
• Develop creative captions, graphics, and promotional content.
• Maintain a consistent content calendar and posting schedule.
• Highlight athlete development, success stories, trainers, programs, and facility offerings.
• Promote camps, clinics, memberships, training programs, events, and special offers.
• Stay current with social media trends, sounds, formats, hashtags, and content strategies.
• Work with trainers and management to identify content opportunities.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and short-form video.
• Creative eye for photography, videography, and social media presentation.
• Comfortable filming content in a busy sports and training environment.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable interacting with athletes, parents, coaches, and trainers.
• Able to recognize good content opportunities without needing constant direction.

Preferred

• Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar platforms.
• Interest or experience in baseball, sports performance, strength & conditioning, fitness, or youth sports
