Social Media Coordinator (In-person with potential for hybrid schedule)

Monmouth Cards is looking for a Social Media Coordinator to help grow our brand across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Whatnot. This role is responsible for creating engaging content, promoting products and live streams, and helping drive traffic and sales through social channels. The ideal candidate understands both social media trends and trading card culture.
- Create and post content across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
- Film and edit short-form videos (pack openings, highlights, promos)
- Promote live streams, product drops, and in-store events
- Manage posting schedule and ensure consistent content output
- Engage with followers, comments, and messages
- Track performance metrics and adjust content strategy
- Collaborate with streamers and store teams to capture content
- Stay on top of social trends and apply them to the brand
- Experience managing or growing social media accounts
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and short-form content
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe, or similar)
- Creative mindset with ability to produce engaging content quickly
- Interest in trading cards, sports, or collectibles preferred
- Comfortable being around or on camera when needed
- Consistent, high-quality content output
- Growth in followers, engagement, and reach
- Increased traffic to live streams and store locations
- Content that drives sales and builds brand recognition
