Job Summary

Own social planning and publishing across platforms while turning trends into community-first content and coordinating with strategy, creative, media and accounts for integrated campaigns.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, scheduling and publishing of social content across multiple platforms, client accounts and DS+CO-owned channels
  • Assist with content creation, including captions, short-form video ideas, trend-based content and community-first storytelling
  • Monitor social channels, engage with audiences and flag questions, comments, trends or issues that may need internal or client input
  • Stay current on social trends, platform updates, emerging creators and best practices
  • Track social media performance and assist with reporting, insights and content optimization
  • Partner with strategy, creative, media and account teams to support integrated campaign execution
  • Manage timelines, approvals and day-to-day social needs with organization, accuracy and follow-through

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, communications or a related field
  • Strong understanding of major social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube
  • Experience creating or supporting short-form social content
  • Familiarity with social scheduling, reporting and analytics tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A proactive mindset with curiosity, accountability and willingness to learn in a constantly evolving social landscape

  • Experience with short-form video editing
  • Creator or influencer collaboration experience
  • Basic design skills
  • Paid social familiarity
