Responsibilities

• Build the foundation: brand voice guides, a content calendar for each brand, a batch-shoot process, and an organized asset library
• Shoot and edit short-form video (Reels, TikTok, Shorts). Phone-first is fine — we care about output, not gear
• Write and publish across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Google Business, matched to each brand's audience
• Own the B2B side for KO-Pack: LinkedIn content that generates manufacturing leads and feeds our CRM
• Run light paid social — boosted posts and simple campaigns
• Report monthly on what's working and cut what isn't
• Later: help hire and manage a content intern who works under you

Requirements

• 1-3+ years running social and content for a brand or agency, with work you can show.
• A portfolio or reel is required — applications without one won’t be reviewed.
• You operate independently: plan it, shoot it, edit it, write it, post it
• You have range. B2B manufacturing content on Monday, restaurant content on Tuesday, consumer brand content on Wednesday
• Organized enough to keep four calendars straight without dropping any of them
• Comfortable in a manufacturing environment — closed-toe shoes, occasional hairnet, real equipment
• Phoenix metro based, on-site in Chandler
